Order Pickers

The N20 Vi/VLi  Order Pickers low-lift order picker with lifting operator platform improves productivity while picking orders – primarily at ground level, but also at a working height of up to 2.8 meters. The operator benefits from the design concept, as the operator's platform and forks are positioned behind the battery. The design reduces the number of movements required during order picking. As well as the lifting platform, the N20 VLi model also features an additional lift which the operator can use to bring pallets up to a convenient working height, cutting down on strain when positioning goods. The optional compartment area in front of the steering unit, which rises with the platform, is an additional picking aid. The truck boasts a load capacity of up to two tons, and 1.2 tonnes for the additional lift.

The N20 B Order Pickers low-lift order pickers from Linde Material Handling enable a highly efficient and safe order picking process thanks to their unique truck architecture with the battery located between the operator platform and forks: With a maximum fork length of 2,400 mm, various types of loads up to 2,500 kilograms can be transported. The position of the operator platform ensures an optimum view of the warehouse environment during the journey. Using the 3 kW three-phase AC motor, the order pickers can accelerate up to 14 km/h, depending on the truck type, to enable fast transport even over long distances. The intuitive Linde steering wheel allows the driver to maneuver forwards and backwards with ease. The small turning circle facilitates maneuvering in narrow aisles. The fully spring-loaded operator platform compensates for vibrations and shocks, and ensures a low-load picking cycle.

• Efficient order picking requires a perfected safety system. All outer edges of the robust steel chassis are rounded and lowered so that the drivers cannot pinch their feet. The construction of the mast and lifting cylinder is also designed to minimize the risk of injury. The N20 C L's generous all-round visibility means that the operator always has a good view of the forks and their surroundings. This is complemented by the optional panoramic mirror at the front of the vehicle. To prevent collisions, the order picker automatically slows its speed when cornering and increases its braking power in heavy loads. If the truck registers an unoccupied operator's platform or the emergency button is pressed, it stops immediately. For even more visibility in the aisles, front LEDs and Linde BlueSpot™ are available as options.

• Thanks to the free lift, the N20 C L enables ergonomic order picking at operator height. Even heavy goods can be placed effortlessly on the pallet. Low access from both sides ensures a safe, dynamic order picking cycle. The operators can also comfortably control their vehicle from both sides using the optional pedestrian function. Both, the steering column and the backrest are individually adjustable and can be adapted to the respective driver. The ergonomic steering column, automatic drive centering, and a cushioned platform that compensates for uneven ground ensure a pleasant driving experience.

• The N20 C L quickly reaches its top speed of 12 km/h thanks to the 3 kW three-phase AC motor. Even under load, it accelerates to 9 km/h and brakes automatically when cornering. The Linde On-Board Charger reduces the effort required to charge the battery. With the optional lithium-ion battery, the driver can conveniently use the breaks to charge the order picker in between. The adjustable Linde Steering Wheel offers intuitive operation. Thanks to the clearly arranged controls, all vehicle functions can also be safely controlled with one hand. The operator's platform is also equipped with a storage surface, a bottle holder, and a paper compartment.

• The maintenance effort for the N20 C L is low with a running time of about 1,000 operating hours without a service check. The three-phase AC technology is even completely maintenance-free. Thanks to the CAN bus connection, the technician can quickly and easily read out all relevant service information. Access to all maintenance components is effortless.

The N20 Order Pickers are all-rounders in the warehouse thanks to their high loading capacity and dynamic driving characteristics. The long forks allow up to three pallets or four roll cages weighing up to 2,000 or 2,500 kilograms to be picked up simultaneously. The classic construction offers a clear all-round view and allows flexible maneuvering even in narrow warehouses via an intuitive steering wheel. With the aid of the 3 kW three-phase AC motor, the order picker accelerates up to 14 km/h. Maximum safety is ensured by the robust design and automatic speed adjustment. Special attention is paid to ergonomics: From low access to a cushioned platform as standard and a gentle backrest, the order picker relieves the driver of physical strain thus helping them to work more efficiently.

The N20 C D Order Pickers is the ideal solution for efficient order picking and safe transport of pressure sensitive goods such as food. It can be used to pick up two pallets separately and transport them on top of each other to save space. Thanks to its compact design, the order picker proves to be extremely maneuverable and ideal for narrow aisles, even with full loads of up to 2,000 kilograms. The powerful acceleration to up to 12 km/h allows fast but at the same time safe goods handling with high handling performance. Power steering and automatic speed adjustment ensure maximum safety when transporting both pallets. The low-entry access, the intuitively operated and ergonomic steering wheel, and the spacious operator's platform promote healthy working conditions.

The N20 C LoL Order Pickers enables the ergonomic filling of two pallets in just one order picking cycle thanks to long load arms and the additional liftable fork. The driver first starts with one pallet at the desired height, while a second pallet is optionally secured vertically to the back of the fork with a special safety device. As soon as the first pallet is filled, it is lowered onto the load arms and transported in front of the fork. The second pallet can then be effortlessly transferred onto the forks and loaded at a height that is easy on the back. The N20 C LoL thus offers fast and ergonomic order picking. In the process, the mast can be controlled to the right and left of the backrest and the vehicle can be moved to the next rack segment. As an option, the operator's platform can be raised to allow occasional picking on the second rack level. The initial lift also ensures easy transport over ramps and uneven surfaces.
